How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please send an email to the support team:

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• Your account profile (name, email, phone)
• Chat history stored on server
• Uploaded media files
• Contacts saved inside Ryngales
• All linked device information

What Data We May Retain Temporarily

For security and fraud-prevention purposes, certain logs may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion:

• System logs
• Security audit logs
• Spam/abuse reports

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is completed.
